1. Reservations & Bookings

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or other authorized booking channels.
• A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from us via email, WhatsApp, phone, or another written communication.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate names, contact information, arrival dates, and room requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings with incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and charges will be communicated during the booking process.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (Noon).
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in, in accordance with Indian law.
• The maximum occupancy of each room must not be exceeded. Additional guests may require a room upgrade or incur extra charges.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

• Payment terms, including advance payments or full payment requirements, will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking confirmation.
• Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the booking season, booking source, promotional offers, or special events. The applicable policy will be shared before your reservation is confirmed.
• No-shows or early departures may be charged for the full reserved period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect fellow guests, staff, and neighboring properties.
• Illegal activities, excessive noise, smoking in non-smoking areas, and damage to hotel property are strictly prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or members of their group. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or request guests to leave the property without refund if their behavior threatens the safety, comfort, or legal compliance of others.

5. Visitors

• Visitors may be required to register at reception before entering the property.
• Overnight visitors are not permitted unless approved by management and may incur additional charges.

6. Child Policy

Children are welcome at SHREE HARI RESIDENCY. Extra beds or additional occupancy are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges where applicable.

7. Parking

Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests. While reasonable security measures are maintained, vehicles and personal belongings parked on the premises remain the responsibility of their owners.

8. Pets

Pets are not permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained from management.

9. Liability

We take reasonable care to provide safe, clean, and comfortable accommodation. However, guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SHREE HARI RESIDENCY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your stay or use of this website. Guests use parking facilities, common areas, and nearby attractions at their own risk.

10. Website Use

All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to SHREE HARI RESIDENCY. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, room availability, pricing, facilities, and descriptions may change without prior notice.

11. Force Majeure

SHREE HARI RESIDENCY shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, storms, government regulations, pandemics, strikes, power failures, transportation disruptions, or similar unforeseen circumstances.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttara Kannada, Karnataka.
